We file lawsuits to collect amounts owed, and defend lawsuits that have been filed against our clients. We handle all aspects of creditors needs, from provisional remedies to bankruptcy litigation.
Judgment Collection
We help clients collect judgments through garnishment, writs of execution, and fraudulent transfer litigation. We also domesticate foreign judgments and collect those judgments in Arizona. For most cases our clients can choose between paying us hourly or a contingent percentage of the amount we recover.
Excess Proceeds
We help individuals who have had their homes foreclosed recover excess proceeds from the foreclosure sale. Marc Windtberg has recovered excess proceeds for over 500 foreclosed homeowners, including a successful class action lawsuit on behalf of 172 foreclosed homeowners.
